Lynne Powers is highly experienced in the fields of psychology, marketing, and business development. She works closely, one-on-one, with individuals who are determined to move forward and achieve meaningful progress in their personal and professional lives. Additionally, Lynne collaborates strategically with organizations to identify and implement the best leadership and employee development solutions tailored specifically to meet their unique objectives. Jacob Cerda

Co-Founder, IT and Technical Support Specialist

Jacob’s passion for technology began at an early age — his father introduced him to computers when he was just one year old, teaching him how to use a mouse. That early spark of curiosity grew into a lifelong love of learning and problem-solving through technology.

Despite living with a disability, Jacob doesn’t let physical limitations define him. His creativity, determination, and sharp analytical mind allow him to overcome challenges and approach every project with focus and optimism. Inspired by C.S. Lewis and Walt Disney, he values imagination, perseverance, and faith in everything he does.

Professionally, Jacob specializes in digital marketing, web design, and IT support. His skills include computer setup and troubleshooting, network configuration, website optimization, and system maintenance. He’s passionate about leveraging technology to build accessible, inclusive, and user-friendly digital experiences.

He and Lynne founded Bridgepoint Leadership to bridge the gap between team development, leadership and technology.

Daniel Olexa, MCC, CIHt

Our Coaches

Daniel Olexa brings over 30 years of professional experience to his hypnotherapy and coaching practice, Transcendent Living, LLC, where his motto is: "Extraordinary people do extraordinary things. (Re)Awaken to your gifts." He works with leaders and clients who have lost their sense of self and purpose, empowering them to reconnect to their intuition and learn to trust themselves again as they communicate with purpose, empathy, and integrity. Daniel approaches coaching from a transformational rather than transactional perspective, focusing on solving the person rather than just the problem, creating new awareness that enables clients to make intentional choices and change their lives for the better. Before becoming an executive coach, he was a highly successful sales rep and was featured in the 2018 bestseller, Stop Selling and Start Leading, by James M. Kouzes, Barry Pozner, and Deb Calvert.

Daniel's dedication to the coaching field extends beyond client work. He has trained over 3,500 individuals worldwide to become coaches, teaching nearly 5,000 hours of classes, and has mentored more than 100 coaches to achieve their credentials with a 100% success rate. In May 2023, he earned his Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the highest credential in the coaching industry, joining fewer than 2,100 coaches worldwide who hold this distinction. Daniel is a Certified DiSC Practitioner, an LPI Trained Coach, and co-author of three Amazon #1 bestsellers: Practical Manifesting: Overcome Fear, Realize Truth, and Create the Life You Were Meant to Live, A Pessimist's Guide to Manifesting, and My Two Minute Journal.
