Platform Enhancements (2025–2026)

1. New Worksmart Modules Added (2025):
Catalyst expanded its Worksmart learning path with new manager-focused modules such as Motivating Your Team and Helping Your Team Navigate Change, designed to address real leadership scenarios.

2. Reflection & Action Plan Improvements:
Learners can now enter and save responses in their Worksmart Action Plans — making the platform more interactive and personally relevant.

3. Redesigned Navigation UI:
A new left-hand navigation pane improves usability, replacing the older “hamburger” menu and streamlining access to key areas — especially important for frequent learners and administrators.

4. Hidden Style Support:
If administrators choose a “hidden style” setting for learners, certain areas of Catalyst are intentionally locked until a later reveal, supporting facilitated learning flows.

5. Administrator Experience Upgrades:
Recent improvements include bulk archiving of learners, better import error editing workflows, and scheduling filters — all designed for smoother management at scale.

The Catalyst Practitioner Experience

One of the biggest evolutions in the platform — rolling into 2025 and shaping 2026 — is the Catalyst Practitioner Experience (CPE):

  • Dedicated Facilitation Toolkit: Over 200+ premium materials — from slide decks to facilitator scripts and videos — integrated directly on the platform.

  • Unlimited Reporting: Facilitators can generate unlimited Group Culture and Facilitator Reports (saving credits and expanding usage).

Important Note: The traditional Catalyst Facilitation Kit (digital/physical) is being phased out in favor of CPE. Existing kit holders can upgrade for free through 2025, after which CPE will transition to a subscription model.
